Tenant Spotlight: Bubble Tea Talk

At NAI Prime, we’re proud to highlight tenants who bring energy and variety to our properties. This month, we’re featuring Bubble Tea Talk, a boba tea shop located in Burkhardt Plaza at 619 N. Burkhardt Rd. in Evansville.

Bubble Tea Talk’s Evansville shop marked the brand’s second location, following its original store in Owensboro, Kentucky that opened in 2021. The Burkhardt Plaza location opened with a community grand-opening celebration, a fitting introduction to a shop built around fun, shareable treats.

The menu covers a wide range of options: milk tea, flavored milk tea, iced tea, fruity tea, smoothies, fluffy ice, and slushies, all made with fresh ingredients and customizable toppings. It’s the kind of stop that works equally well for a quick afternoon pick-me-up or a treat after dinner nearby.

Beyond the drinks, Bubble Tea Talk prides itself on connecting with its customers and building relationships. The team enjoys providing full-hearted service to each and every customer who walks in.
