Top 5 CRE Sales in the Evansville MSA – 2025
As we begin the new year, we review the prior year’s commercial real estate transactions to update our comparable sales data and evaluate market activity across the Evansville region. Based on CoStar reporting, below are the five largest commercial real estate sales in the Evansville Metropolitan Statistical Area during 2025.
- 14616 Foundation Avenue, Evansville, IN – 150,000-square-foot warehouse located in the Vanderburgh Industrial Park. Built in 2020 and occupied by Windstream, the property sold for $16.425 million in May 2025.
- 5501 Foundation Boulevard, Evansville, IN – This 175,000-square-foot warehouse, constructed in 2008 and occupied by Brake Supply, is also located in the Vanderburgh Industrial Park. The property sold for $13.3 million in August 2025.
- 5101 Vogel Road, Evansville, IN – 103,000-square-foot building originally developed in 1986 as a Sam’s Wholesale Club and later repurposed as an AT&T call center. The property sold for $6.8 million in November 2025.
- 8303 E. Walnut Street, Evansville, IN – 78-room Residence Inn by Marriott, built in 1997, sold for $6.0 million in August 2025.
- 8331 E. Walnut Street, Evansville, IN – 111-room Comfort Inn hotel, constructed in 1998, sold for $5.325 million in March 2025.
